This chicken dish was on the menu at the college cafeteria. My friends who were with me told me that it is called Ayam Kerutuk or Kerutuk Chicken. It is a rich spicy chicken dish with a thick gravy. It is usually served at festive occasions and eaten with nasi minyak.
