KERABU KACANG BOTOR


I love to eat Kerabu Kacang Botor (four angled bean kerabu).  Not only is it delicious but also nutritious.  Want to try making it?  Check out the recipe below.

Kerabu Kacang Botol Recipe (Four Angled Bean)

Recipe Ingredients :

Ingredients A:

300g four angled beans (sliced thinly)

6 shallots (skinned and shredded)
1 stalk ginger bud (shredded thinly)

3 bird’s eye chillies (chopped)

20g black fungus (soaked and shredded)

1 red chilli

1 stalk lemongrass (shredded)

Ingredients B (blended):

½ tbsp belacan

5 red chillies

4 bird’s eye chillies

½ tbsp sugar

4 limes (squeezed out juice)

50g shredded dried squid (deep-fried until crispy)

Method:

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl, pour in ingredients B and toss well.

Lastly add in lime juice and mix well. Sprinkle shredded dried squid on top and serve.
