Being an Ipoh girl, I love my Char Kway Teow. It has been said that the Kway Teow (flat noodles) from Ipoh are the tastiest. Two of my favourite char kway teow stalls can be found at Hollywood Coffee Shop in Canning Garden. One operates in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The food from both hawkers are delicious. They have their own distinctive styles. The one picture above is from the morning hawker.
I noticed that the price for a plate of this yummy fried flat noodles have gone up by 50 sen.
