This is the plate of fried glass noodles that I ordered from the Ah Pek Seafod Restaurant in Kampung Cina, Sitiawan. My late mother loved eating this dish and would always request for it when she came to visit me. Though she is no longer with me, I still order it when I go there. Believe me, the cook there does a good job of frying these noodles. For your information, glass noodles are not easy to fry and it takes a skilled cook to make it highly palatable.
