FAMILIARISING NEW STUDENTS TO THE RESOURCE CENTRE

My colleagues and I are into the third week of the new semester and I can say that our schedules are fully packed.  We have little time to rest.  At night, we are busy completing our Teaching Profiles as well as preparing for our lessons.
This morning, I was given a slot to brief the new students on the college resource centre.  I took about 20 minutes and after that the students were taken on a tour of the herb garden and library.  They were briefed on the use of these places by the librarians as well as the lecturer in charge.  They could not visit the gallery as it was still under construction.
