I saw this signboard advertising Bungalow Units for sale in Batu Gajah which was offered for booking from RM156,000. Now compared to the houses sold in Seri Manjung and Sitiawan, these are cheap. Aiyoh! Even my small terrace house is much more expensive. Even the houses in Ipoh are not as expensive. I wonder why this is so. Anyone in the know can enlighten me on this.
