PUTU BAMBOO PANDAN

My friends Kamariah and Buzz like to eat Putu bamboo.  The two of them each have their favourite stalls for this Indonesian and Malay cake which originated from the Tamil puttu. It consists of rice flour cooked with palm sugar, pandan leaf and desiccated coconut, steamed in bamboo pipes.
The stall featured here is the one Buzz says is the best but Kamariah thinks otherwise.  She has her own favourite stall.
If you ask me, I am not a fan of this Putu Bamboo.  I am more a Samosa or curry puff person.
