FRIED WANTAN, ANYONE?

When I was a young girl, I learnt how to make wantan from my late father and late Aunt May.  Over the years, I have sort of come up with my own modifications to suit my own taste.  But basically the way of making remains the same.
In the above picture you see the ingredients that I used prawns, mushrooms, crabsticks and diced Chinese cabbage.  To marinate I added sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper.  Before putting the fillings into the wanton skin, I added an egg.
 Here is the wrapped wanton.
I made two plates.  One plate of wantan would be deep fried while the other will be boiled and eaten with soup.
The fried wanton is eaten with chilli sauce.
