Things would not be too rosy for the Rat in the Horse year as the Three Killings and Natural Disaster Star are located in its sector. So they may have to be careful of back-stabbing and politicking. Furthermore the Rat is in direct conflict with the Tai Sui of the year. The Taoist can appease Tai Sui or the Grand Duke Jupiter by going to the temples on the 7th day of the Chinese New Year or suitable dates after that to perform the necessary rituals. There are also Feng Shui amulets to protect against Tai Sui. This appears to be a busy year for the Rat. Their best months are in May and July while the bad months are August and October.
