I went on an eating spree when I was back in Ipoh for the weekend. I ate a lot of my favourite Ipoh Hawker food, like Chee Cheong Fun, the Dai Shu Keok Yong Tao Fu plus noodles and Yee Mee. For lunch on Sunday, I ordered the Triple Egg Custard, Fish Head Curry and Sambal Petai with Prawns.
When I stepped on the weighing scale on reaching my house in Sitiawan, I found to my horror that I had gained 2 kilogrammes. So I have to go on a diet this week and exercise more.
