MOVING FROM Cs TO Bs IN SINGAPORE

Some time ago, I read of the 5Cs that were high on the want list of Singaporeans, namely,  Car, Condo, Credit Card (Gold), Cash and Career.  Now it seems that they have moved one notch up the alphabet to the letter B.  The 5Bs are:

• B - BMW
• B - Body
• B - Brain
• B - Billionaire
• B - Bungalow

They have even come up with a clever verse for this.

I don't need a CAR, but I want a BMW

I don't need a CONDO, but I want a BUNGALOW

I don't need you to have CASH but I want you to own a BANK

I don't need you to have a CAREER but I want you to be a BOSS.

Now this is what I call "Materialism at its zenith".
