THE MORINGA TREE

 My Aunt Linda attended a talk on the Moringa Tree with her neighbours a few weeks ago and she has been going on and on about the benefits of this miracle plant whenever I am with her.  Not only my aunt, I have also received an email from one of my blog readers about this super plant.
Actually there is one in front of my next door neighbour's house.  To me it is known as Murunggai.  I know that my neigbours use the beans for cooking curry and know that it has lots of health benefits. From what I my aunt told me and what I have read, every part of the plant has beneficial properties.
