SHALL I OR SHAN'T I?

When I first moved into my house about 3 years ago, I did not bring my TV rack along from the old house as it was not in good condition after many years of use.  Instead I had my TV attached to the wall and used a trolley that I had to place the DVD player, my CDs and DVDs.  The disadvantage of this arrangement is that all these get dusty.
Recently while out looking for a new shoe rack (that too has gotten rickety from being placed in the patio), I saw this nice TV rack.  Shall I get it or shan't I?  I am still pondering.
