LAKSA MEE PANGKOR

I have a fondness for Laksa Mee Pangkor, especially if it is cooked by my Baron's grandma, Kak Bibi.  This is because she has sort of modified the dish and made it even more delicious.  Instead of using fish for the soup, she uses crabs and the prawns she uses for the sambal are big.  Furthermore, I think it has something to do with her style of cooking.  After all she is a very good cook.
Whenever I visit, she'd make it for me and usually I will request for a takeaway.  Yeah!  Shameless, right?  This Raya she packed a lot for my takeaway and you can see me enjoying Kak Bibi's Laksa Mee Pangkor below.
