LIZARD AND FLY POISON

I have a problem with lizards doing their business in my house and after that I have a fine time cleaning up their excrement.  I did try using aerosols and also lizard traps but they were not too effective.  Perhaps they managed to kill a few of these pests but then not entirely.
Recently I saw a peddler at the Farmer's Market selling lizard cum fly poison which he says would help get rid of the lizards.  So I bought 2 at a discounted price of RM10.00.  Going to try it out later this week and hope it works.
