YET TO BE COMPLETED MUSICAL FOUNTAIN

I read about the Musical Fountain project in front of the Ipoh Railway Station a couple of years ago and each time I happen to drive pass the place, I would make a detour to check and see if it is ready. However, I have so far been disappointed.  As you can see from the above pictures, the project is far from complete.
A newspaper report I read said that the completion date has been pushed to March 2013.  It seems that the the Ipoh City Council, which was overseeing the project, was unhappy with work that was being carried out, and had instructed the contractor to do a better job.
