TADA! Here is the report for my blood test for cholesterol and glucose. There is some improvement from the previous one. The bad cholesterol has gone down from 7.5 to 6.9 and the good cholesterol has gone up. So I need to keep up with what I am doing to make sure the bad cholesterol goes lower and the good goes higher.

try 1 pip of garlic during mealtime. slice and sprinkle on yr food. My cholesterol level dropped after i practise on this method.
