KERABU

Once in a while, Kamariah and I will pluck the herbs from the Herb Garden to be made into Kerabu.  It is a combination of edible leaves or vegetables.  You can say that it is a Malaysian form of salad with dressing.  The dressing is usually made from sauteed chilli, dried anchovies/prawns, fried grated coconut with salt to taste.
No doubt the herbs have a lot of anti-oxidants but then the dried prawns/anchovies plus grated coconut might not be too good for ones cholesterol.
