SHARVEEN'S HOSTEL

As Sharveen by bus to visit me for the Chinese New Year, I had to send him to the bus station for the return trip.  Before we went to the bus station, I sent him to his hostel to get some of his belongings.  He is currently on 2 months leave from college.
In the picture above, Sharveen is posing in front of his hostel block.

Here is how the place looks like.  Actually the unit that Sharveen and three of his housemates are living in were rented by his college for the students.  Each has to pay RM300. Sharveen told me there were about 80 students of the college residing at the apartments.

Here is the altar set up by Sharveen and his housemates.  As all of them are Hindus, it was easy for them to worship together.  The boys brought along statues of their deities from their homes.
