REN RE DINNER: TOSSING YEE SANG

On Ren Re Day 人日, my brother-in-law, Micheal, treated my family to dinner at the Mar Poh restaurant in Ipoh. Ren Re or the seventh day of the Chinese New Year.  Ren Re or Yan Yat is the day when man was created and thus it is regarded by the Chinese as everyone's birthday.
One of the must-have dishes is Yee Sang or raw fish salad.  Tossing the Yee Sang would signify continued wealth and prosperity.

My brother-in-law adding the sauce to the Yee Sang while the others look on.

The untossed Yee Sang with the sauce added on.
Tossing the Yee Sang before eating it.  Everyone has to say Lou Hei while tossing.
