NEGLECTED CACTI

The sorry looking pots of cacti pictured above belonged to my late father.  He was really a cactus enthusiast and would take great pains to cultivate them.  However, the plants have been in a state of neglect after his demise.  Each time my aunt and I see them, we said we would do something but then would forget the next week.  As today is the first day of spring and the beginning of the Snake Year, I will make the resolve to revive them into their glorious state.  Furthermore, it is bad Feng Shui to have plants looking such way.

  1. I remember giving some plants to a friend. They had actually come free from a garden centre which was closing. Sometime later I came to his house and discovered the plants where I left them on his veranda. They were dead. They hadn't been given water. I felt bad as if I in some funny way had caused them to die.
