This is the Bento Box that I got from Kamariah. She made it for her hubby to take to work and made extra ones for me and my assistant, Asiah. She did not use santan for the rice and left it plain. So this is not considered as nasi lemak but just nasi sambal ikan bilis. This is much healthier even though the eggs and sambal might contribute to the cause as well.
For your information eating too much nasi lemak may result in one having a high cholesterol level as the saturated fats in the coconut milk is capable of raising the blood cholesterol level. If ones cholesterol level is high, it may cause blockage of blood vessels which trigger other organ failures when blood bringing nutrients and oxygen is unable to reach them.
