RICE PANCAKE

You can see me holding up the rice paper pancake above.  I had this pancake at a Vietnamese restaurant.  The waiter at the restaurant told me that one can buy these pancakes at a Vietnamese sundry shop.  Obviously this sheet of edible transparent paper is made from rice.  One needs to wet the rice pancake before adding the fillings to it.
