CHRYSANTHEMUM FLOWER HERBAL SOUP

I had a herbal soup at a Singapore restaurant which drew oohs and aahhs from me. I liked the way the chef fashioned a chrysanthemum flower from vermicelli (mien seen) and a wolfberry.  It looks simple enough but I bet that it takes a lot of practice to get the vermicelli looking like a flower.
