While shopping at Ipoh Jusco I happened to see a Fondant Cake Decoration Competition in Progress. It was indeed interesting watching all the trainee chefs busy shaping and moulding the edible fondant into Christmas themed shaped. Too bad I did not stay until the end to watch the finished products.
