Where I am from the bowl of noodles above is known as Mee Curry but in the southern part of Malaysia and Singapore, it is referred to as Curry Laksa.
I thank my lucky stars that I am born here in Malaysia and get to eat food from different communities all the time. Now this Curry Mee is full of flavours. I particularly like its slightly creamy soup compliments of the coconut milk. At the same time, it is hot and spicy because of the chilli and the spices. To my foreign visitors who have the chance to visit my lovely country, don't forget to try this delightful dish.
