This is how assam laksa is sold at the Night Markets of Pasasr Malam. The cooked laksa noodles, vegetables and boiled egg are put into plastic bags and arranged neatly on a tray. When a customer wants to buy one, the vendor would fill another packet with the kuah laksa or the laksa soup, tie it up and pack it together with the noodles. Each packet can cost anything around RM2 to RM3.50.
