RE-GROWING CELERY

I love blogging about herbs and I know that there are some of my visitors who love to read such posts.  Well! Today I would like to share with you something that I learnt about celery.  It seems that with some luck you car re-grow them.  All you need to do is to cut off the bottom end of the whole bunch.  Soak it in water overnight and plant it (cut side up) in fertile soil. Water for the first few days and within a couple of weeks you will see roots and stalks start regrowing!
The celery will grow a brand new top to be cut and used. After re-growing celery, you can cut and plant the bottom again for more new growth from the top.

This is excellent. I added celery to my shopping list this week to give it a try!
