This was the kampung style vegetarian fried rice that the canteen lady cooked up for me on Wednesday. She is quite used to my request as this is not the first year that she has made this dish for me. She knows not to add meat, seafood, eggs, garlic, shallots and chives (kucai). Actually, she does it so well that the fried rice tastes good.
On Thursday, she did vegetarian noodles and today she made vegetarian vermicelli.
