The money above are actually men's wallets made to resemble paper currency of countries like China, Singapore and America. The currency wallets were being sold for RM15 a piece at the Thursday Market in Kampung Koh, Sitiawan.
I bought two as presents for my nephews. The guy who sold them to me said that it was auspicious to use such wallets because of the image of currencies on them which makes them symbols of wealth. Furthemore, the notes come in big denominations.
