MASCOT BISCUITS FOR STUDENTS OF CHINESE HERITAGE

I bought a few Mascot biscuits to give to two of my half Chinese students as we will be celebrating the Mid Autumn Festival this Sunday.  There are actually three students in the college with either one of their parents who are Chinese.  Vasan's (pictured above with the mascot biscuits) dad is Indian while his mum is Chinese. The other student Stanley Teoh has a Chinese father and an Iban mum.  The third student has a Chinese father and a Malay mother.  As I bought the biscuits from the market, there was no halal certification for it and so I did not buy any for the girl.

Baron who is the one in the middle has a Chinese grandmother and that makes him 1/4 Chinese but he did not get any Mascot biscuits as he is a Muslim.
