LOW SUGAR MOONCAKES

My friends, Carol and Shemone gave me mooncakes for the Mid Autumn Festival which will be celebrated on September 30th this year.  Actually, mooncakes were already on sale a month earlier.
Nowadays, there are lots of varieties of mooncakes to choose from.  The ones that the ladies selected for me were low sugar single egg yolk mooncakes.  It is indeed sweet of them to think of buying something healthy for me.  And yes, the mooncakes came in a beautiful gift box.
