When I was visiting Kak Bibi's house for Hari Raya, she served a type of traditional cookies called Kuih Putu Kacang. In Cantonese, they are known as 'Luk Tau Paeng' or Green Bean Biscuits. The cookie is made from roasted mung/green bean flour, fine sugar and cornstarch.
