On the way back to Sitiawan one weekend, I stopped by at a Pasar Malam somewhere near Pusing to buy food for dinner. One of the food items that I bought was the Apam Balik. I regretted only buying two. It was because when I sunk my teeth into them in the car, I found they were heavenly. The apam balik was ultra crispy and very delicious. I will buy more next time.
