The plant above was given to me as a house-warming gift by my former principal, Kak Siti Arfah. At that time, she had gone to the nursery and asked for an auspicious plant to be given as a gift for a Feng Shui enthusiast, ME! Well, the nursery owner recommended this plant which is called Suen in Cantonese. Suen means to count and suggests that with the presence of the plant, I'd have lots of money to count. Heh! Heh! Recently, I noticed that a few baby plants have spouted. I think I will go and buy some nice earthen pots and transfer the babies into them. I have the intention of giving one pot to Kak Siti as a present.
