I was told by a fellow customer at a stall selling snacks that the omelette like food shown above is actually a type of
Teochew snack. Not too sure if that is the fact but then each piece costs 70 sen and is made from eggs, flour and kucai. Any one out there knows more about this snack? If yes, please help.
