PUCUK PAKU (FIDDLEHEAD FERN)

I am sure that many Malaysians have eaten pucuk paku but certain am I that not many would know that it is known as fiddlehead fern in the English Language.
My friends who hail from the kampungs or villages tell me that this plant can be found in abundance by the riverside.  They grow wild.
Pucuk Paku is usually fried with dried shrimps and sambal belacan.  The taste?  Exquisite!!!
