Last weekend when I was at the Tua Pek Kong temple, I saw these pretty charcoal air purifiers on sale at a stall. You get three beautifully packaged charcoal air purifier for RM10. The purifiers can be placed in the car or at home. Besides purifying the air, the charcoal can help get rid of bad odour.
