KEPAH (SHELLFISH)
These are the Kepah or Shellfish that I saw at the Ah Pek Lee Kou Fook Restaurant in Kampung Cina. I think they are known as clam chowder in English. Their shells are smooth with glossy tint of colors. They are also heavy.
