I invited Annie and her family to have dinner with me at the YMCA restaurant in Ipoh on Saturday night. After their visit to the Tua Pek Kong Temple in Pasir Panjang they travelled to Ipoh, their main holiday destination.
Aunt Linda wanted to meet them and so she had an enjoyable time chatting in Hokkien with them over dinner. Luckily, my friends from Penang liked the food that I had selected for them. I wanted so much for them to enjoy Cantonese style cooking.
