BUAH KABUNG

During Ramadan, the traders will have in their stock Buah Kabung or sugar palm fruits. The fruit of the Buah Kabung is ranslucent white but nowadays colouring has been added to make it more appealing.   It is added to drinks like Air Bandung and Lai Chee Kang.
