I finally managed to get a professional acupuncturist to treat my mum. Her name is Rose Chong. Rose got her training from Australia and China. She started her first session with my mum on Tuesday and told me that there was hope for my mum if she was cooperative. Luckily my mum seems to have been quite responsive to Rose and I am keeping my fingers' crossed that acupuncture will do her some good. Besides inserting needles into acupuncture points in the skin, Rose also lighted a
moxibustion stick indirectly with the acupuncture needles with the intention of stimulating
circulation through the points and inducing a smoother flow of
blood and
qi.
