RESOLVING PROBLEM WITH STAGNATED WATER IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE

There was a concave-like of depression at the front  part of the road immediately outside my front gate.  As a result of this, water flowing out of my house or that of my neighbours would be stagnated there.  Now this is not good as the water is dirty (from washing the car, the porch).  Imagine, the negative energy from the water which is sitting in front of my house.  Very bad, right?
Yesterday I managed to get hold of some people to help me tar the area.  So I have managed to solve the problem.
