BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS

Hi everyone!  Today I would like to share with you Before and After 5S implementation pictures of the college library.  

BEFORE

Here is the before picture of the store room.  As can be seen, we stored books and other stuff there.

AFTER

Here is how the same spot looks after my colleagues and I sorted and reorganised the place.  It has been converted into a pantry.

The book shelves were disorderly before.

Tada! Well-organised and neat.

The cables and wires were very messy here.

 AFTER

The cables are neater after they were kept in place with a plastic organizer.

The drawer was messy and the stationery were placed haphazardly.

AFTER

In the after photo, the stationery were kept in specially cut compartments.  It is so much easier to locate the items.

I can't seem to find the before picture for this part of the store room.  What you see here is the after picture.
