BAYAM & UBI KELEDEK MASAK LEMAK

Bayam & Ubi Keledek Masak Lemak is one Malay dish that I enjoy eating very much.  When literally translated is known as Spinach and Sweet Potato cooked in Coconut Milk.
The school canteen would serve this dish once in a while and I will make sure to have a big portion of it each time.  Yum Yum!
