The favours given during the reception ceremony of a Malay wedding are becoming more and more individualised. One example is the wedding favour which I received from my friend, Hajah Salmah. What might just look like a jam jar which has been recycled as a container for biscuits. However, the particular container of cookies has been specially ordered for the occasion. The bride and groom had their names printed on the cover of the favours.
