PANDAN CHICKEN JUST FOR KRISTOFER

My young nephew, Kris, relished good food and when we were had finished our dinner at Assam House Restaurant, he asked if he could order Pandan Chicken as he was still hungry.  Since he is a growing young man, his father ordered three pieces of Nyonya Delicacy for him.
Basically, this dish is chicken wrapped in Pandan leaves. It is the leaf that keeps the juices of the chicken inside, so you get very soft & juicy fried chicken.
