When I visited the Farmer's Market this morning, I saw a Lempeng Pisang stall. What is lempeng pisang? When literally translated into the English Language it means Banana Pancake. The ones sold are added with grated coconut. This is a traditional dish using ingredients like bananas, coconut and banana leaves that are found in the gardens of kampung (village) homes. Some people eat it with curry.
