HOME COOKED NASI LEMAK

 Lucky me!  Got to eat home cooked nasi lemak which was delivered to my school by my student, Baron.  His grandma specially prepared the nasi lemak for Baron's teachers and got his grandpa to send them to the college for us in the morning.  For me, she made sambal prawns while the other of Baron's teachers, like Khairah, got Sambal Chicken.
Aiyoh!  How not to gain weight with such delicious cooking by Baron's grandma.
