TUNA BUNS

Kamariah baked these Tuna Buns for her family with her Bread Maker.  Looks delicious, right?  I got the recipe from her but won't be making them.  Why?  Cos' I don't have a Bread Maker at home.

Ingredients
250 g bread flour
50 g castor sugar
10 g milk powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon bread improver
1/4 st bread softener
30 g eggs
6 g instant yeast
20 g butter
125 g warm water (Bread maker- use cold water)

Garnishing:
1 tin tuna - toss and shred into pieces
2 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise  (optional)
1 onion (cubed)
spring onions
lime juice
**Mix all the ingredients evenly.  The extra spring onions and onions can be used as garnishing for the bread.

Method:
1. Place all the ingredients into the Bread Maker (BM) and choose set "dough" then press "ON".
2. When cooked, remove the dough and pound with hand to remove the air.
3. Divide the dough into 70-80g size and leave for a while.  Arrange the oval shaped paper cups'
4. Brush on the egg (use the extra egg from the ingredients), ad tuna and spring onions on top.
5. Leave for about 30 minutes for the bread to rise.
6. Bake in the oven in 190 C heat for 25 minutes until it turns golden brown.
7. Can garnish with mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
8. Happy trying.
